LINK Upper Clutha has been running a ‘have a cup of tea with your neighbour’ scheme for years, and for years our SIC students have been helping to prepare the leaflet/teabag packets that go out to the community.
Coordinator Bronwyn Coers said, “The students were fabulous yesterday! They worked for 2 hours and completed wrapping over 2,000 tea bags into our promo bundles. They were polite, respectful and offered lovely banter along the way.
L!NK Upper Clutha is very appreciative of the community support offered through MAC’s ‘Students in the Community’ programme.”
