Use the RECORD MY HOURS form to record your SIC story and the FEEDBACK form to reflect on it all before the end of Term 3.

Using your device to record your hours can be easy.

Make it a habit to fill in the forms straight after you have finished your volunteering – you will be more certain of the times and the stories will be fresh in your mind too.

You can choose to do your volunteering however it fits into your life. Some people choose to visit a school or coach a team once a week. Some people will work on big projects and do a lot of hours in one chunk.

However you decide to spend your volunteer hours, recording them regularly and telling your story about them mean that you can take pride in how your altruism is evolving.

It also means we can decide what level of certificate to award you. Generally speaking, students with more than 50 hours volunteering, a clear and compelling story and good feedback will get a distinction certificate at the end of year prizegiving.
Students with more than 25 hours volunteering will generally get a credit certificate and participation certificates are available for all who participate.
