Dear Friends of Te Kākano,
We hope everyone is staying home safe and healthy.
Just to advise that our nursery will remain closed under alert level 3, so unfortunately we cannot invite you to any volunteer sessions… yet.
Our native plants are all doing fine as is Kris, our Nursery Manager, whom is able to visit and attend to any urgent work at the nursery.
There are things to do at our nursery but nothing is urgent, so we will review and consider starting the nursery sessions again when we reach alert level 2.
We also hope to start our community plantings under level 2 with specific H&S procedures.
We will update you as soon as we can.

Please remember that supporting our local businesses as soon as you are able to, is a tangible way of thanking them for their support. They need us now, just as we have needed their support in the past.
